    GPS fleet tracking cost in Ghana is easiest to compare per vehicle over the same contract period. AcesTrack publishes a one-time hardware and standard Greater Accra installation charge, plus monthly service on a 12-month term.

    Pro fleet cost

    Pro is GH₵1,000 once plus GH₵99 per month per vehicle.

    Vehicles One-time charges Monthly service Year 1 total
    1 GH₵1,000 GH₵99 GH₵2,188
    5 GH₵5,000 GH₵495 GH₵10,940
    10 GH₵10,000 GH₵990 GH₵21,880

    The first payment after installation and testing is the one-time charge plus the first monthly service. There is no payment to book.

    Elite fleet cost

    Elite is GH₵1,300 once plus GH₵129 per month per vehicle and adds an integrated microphone for lawful, authorised in-vehicle audio.

    Vehicles One-time charges Monthly service Year 1 total
    1 GH₵1,300 GH₵129 GH₵2,848
    5 GH₵6,500 GH₵645 GH₵14,240
    10 GH₵13,000 GH₵1,290 GH₵28,480

    Use Elite only where audio has a defined lawful purpose, notice, consent, authorised access and retention policy.

    Products quoted separately

    Dashcams and physical fuel monitoring are not included automatically in Pro or Elite. The quote depends on camera setup, storage or connectivity, vehicle type, tank and sensor assessment, installation location and the records required.

    Other costs to confirm

    • work outside standard Greater Accra installation scope;
    • vehicle-specific relay or accessory work;
    • removal, transfer or reinstallation;
    • replacement outside warranty;
    • future additions or changes to the fleet;
    • any tax or travel treatment stated in the quote.

    Match the cost to the actual fleet mix

    A fleet may not need the same product in every vehicle. Start with a list of the decisions each group supports:

    • pool cars may need location, trips and movement alerts;
    • delivery vehicles may need driver handovers and route review;
    • vehicles with a video-evidence requirement may need separately quoted dashcams;
    • tankers or specialist equipment may need an assessment before physical fuel monitoring;
    • Elite audio should be limited to vehicles with a defined lawful and authorised purpose.

    Pricing the whole fleet as Elite “just in case” adds cost and privacy responsibility. Pricing everything as basic tracking may omit the evidence the operation actually needs.

    Plan the cash timing

    For AcesTrack, there is no booking payment. The one-time charge and the first monthly service become due after each installation and test. A staged fleet rollout should therefore state which vehicles are installed in each batch and when monthly service begins for them.

    Ask the quotation to separate standard Greater Accra work from travel or non-standard installation. This makes the first cash requirement clearer than a single blended total.

    Reconcile the first invoice

    Check installed registrations, plan names, agreed extras and the monthly start date against the signed vehicle list. Resolve a mismatch before adding more vehicles.

    Do not use promised savings as the price

    Calculate value from your own baseline for distance, fuel, maintenance, downtime and unapproved use. A tracker does not guarantee a percentage saving, and location data alone does not measure fuel. Record other operational changes during any trial.

    For a comparable competitor quote, add hardware, installation, connectivity, platform service, renewal and the minimum term over the same 12 months.

    Information needed for a written fleet quote

    Share the vehicle count, makes and models, installation cities, normal routes, driver or user structure and whether the team needs tracking, dashcam or fuel records. Request a fleet quote.
