    Which AcesTrack GPS tracker should I choose?

    Choose Pro for live location, trip history, vehicle alerts and compatible remote immobilisation support. Elite provides the same tracking features and adds an integrated microphone for lawful, authorised in-vehicle audio monitoring.

    What does the one-time tracker charge cover?

    The one-time charge covers the GPS tracking device and standard professional installation in Greater Accra. Pro costs GH₵1,000 once plus GH₵99 per month; Elite costs GH₵1,300 once plus GH₵129 per month. We quote any travel or non-standard work before the appointment. You pay after installation and testing.

    How are dashcams and fuel monitoring priced?

    Dashcams are quoted for the camera setup, storage and installation your vehicle needs. Fuel monitoring is quoted after a fleet and vehicle assessment so the sensor, calibration and reporting setup fit the tanks you operate.

    What happens if my vehicle is stolen?

    Contact our 24/7 Ghana-based subscriber support team immediately. We use the vehicle's live GPS position and movement history to support recovery. Compatible Pro and Elite installations can support remote immobilisation only after checking that the vehicle is safely stationary and it is appropriate to do so.

    Can you install and track outside Greater Accra?

    Yes. AcesTrack supports vehicles across Ghana, including Accra, Tema, Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale. Standard Greater Accra installation is included in the one-time tracker charge; travel outside the standard area is quoted before your appointment.

    The device uses satellite GPS and Ghana's mobile networks to send your vehicle's position to the AcesTrack mobile and web platform. You can review live location, movement, trips and configured alerts from an authorised account.

    How long does installation take?

    Installation time depends on the vehicle, electrical access and any extra hardware. We review those details before the appointment, then test the device and show you how to use the platform before handover.

    Can I review previous trips?

    Yes. The platform keeps up to 200 days of trip history so you can review routes, stops and journey details for a private vehicle or an active fleet.

    What types of vehicles can you install on?

    AcesTrack installs GPS tracking on cars, SUVs, motorcycles, vans, trucks, buses and suitable heavy equipment. We check electrical and installation requirements before booking specialised vehicles.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Mobile Money, bank transfer and cash. No payment is required to book. The tracker charge and first monthly service payment are collected after installation and testing.
