What is the difference between AcesTrack Pro and Elite?
Both provide the essential location, trip and alert tools. Elite adds an integrated microphone for authorised in-vehicle audio monitoring. It costs GH₵300 more as a one-time charge and GH₵30 more per month than Pro.
Does the Elite tracker include a microphone?
Yes. Elite includes an integrated microphone for authorised in-vehicle audio monitoring. Customers are responsible for using it lawfully, limiting access and providing appropriate notice and consent for their use case.
Does Elite include fuel monitoring?
Elite can show tracking and trip information, but it does not include a physical fuel-level sensor. Tank-level monitoring requires compatible hardware, installation and calibration, so it is assessed and quoted separately.
Does Elite include a dashcam?
No. A dashcam is a separate product because camera views, storage, connectivity and installation vary by vehicle and use case. We provide a written quote after assessment.
Can Elite track a fleet on one account?
Yes. Compatible Elite trackers can be grouped in one authorised account so managers can view vehicles, trips and selected alerts from one platform.
Can Elite be installed on trucks or buses?
Potentially, yes. Commercial vehicles can have different voltage, wiring and operating requirements, so we check compatibility and provide the final installation cost before accepting payment.
